AAE expands into Southeast Asia with Setsu
AAE is expanding into Southeast Asia with the acquisition of Setsu Precision Technology, based in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia. The company joins the AAE Group with immediate effect and will eventually operate under the name AAE Southeast Asia (AAE SEA).
AAE is also preparing to relocate to a modern production facility of approximately 10,000 m² in the Klang region.
The acquisition agreement was officially signed on 2 November.
