AAE has proudly been recognized as a World‑class Workplace 2025, the largest independent hallmark for excellent employer ship in the Netherlands. This award is especially meaningful because it cannot be bought but it is granted solely based on feedback from employees themselves.

The certification is part of Effectory’s international benchmark for good employers. Only organizations that score above the benchmark on key elements of employer ship earn the title.

Why we received the award

We earned the label thanks to the strong results of the Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS).

Notably:

• We achieved an excellent Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS)

• The overall employer score was significantly above benchmark

• An exceptional 90% of employees participated in the ESS which is seen as a remarkably high rate!
