AAE Foundation

The AAE Foundation, established at the end of 2024, was founded on the belief that companies, and in this case AAE, can and should make a meaningful contribution to society. By balancing ecology, society, and economy, we strive to make the world a better place.

Our foundation unites two ambitions: creating equal opportunities for children and young people and strengthening the social engagement of AAE employees.

In a world where social inequality remains a reality, we want to contribute to positive change. We believe that by focusing on talent development and education, among other things, we can make a lasting impact in the communities where we operate. By supporting the social engagement of AAE employees, we also create additional leverage for positive impact.
