Analytical

Analytical instruments live and die by signal quality. We design and build the mechatronics that protect it: quiet motion, stable mechanics, controlled thermal behavior, and clean assembly that keeps optics, detectors, and flow paths uncompromised. From chromatography and mass spectrometry to spectroscopy, imaging, and metrology, our focus is the same—baseline stability, repeatability, and low noise.

Development starts with the measurement itself. We co-engineer motion profiles, alignments, and interfaces around the physics of your method, then translate that intent into series production with the right controls for cleanliness, ESD, and traceability. Gas and vacuum integrity, vibration and thermal management, careful routing of cabling and fluids, and documentation that supports qualification are built into the process.

In the field, instruments must stay on spec. We design for serviceability, provide calibrated modules and verified spares, and support upgrades that extend useful life without revalidating entire systems. The objective is straightforward: preserve the integrity of the measurement from the first unit to the thousandth.
