Capabilities

At AAE, capabilities are how we keep promises. We co-engineer from day one, translating complex requirements into manufacturable modules that reduce risk, shorten cycles, and control cost. Our multidisciplinary teams align design and process early, so what is specified is exactly what can be built.

Production then moves into high-precision operations. Mission-critical components are always produced in house in our own “key technologies factory,” giving us full control over quality, lead time, and confidentiality. From milling and turning to micro laser welding and additive manufacturing, we hold tight tolerances and deliver consistency at scale.

Assembly is executed where it matters most. ISO 5 and ISO 7 cleanrooms, white rooms, and dedicated customer cells protect sensitive builds and IP while ensuring cleanliness and traceability. Rigorous qualification closes the loop, verifying performance and durability so every tool, machine, or module works as intended, every time.

Together, co-engineering, manufacturing, assembly, and qualification create a seamless path from idea to industrialized reality.

Co-Engineering

We co-engineer side by side with our customers, bringing the right expertise to each challenge. Our team spans (opto)mechanical, electrical, software, and process engineering, aligning requirements and manufacturability from the start. We apply advanced methods such as Finite Element Analysis (FEA), thermal analysis, and dynamic response prediction to safeguard structural integrity and reliability under real-world conditions. From early architecture through detailed design, we translate complex concepts into manufacturable modules with clear interfaces and robust tolerances. The result is seamless integration, predictable performance, and faster iteration, so the solution we design together is the solution you can build, scale, and trust.

Manufacturing

AAE's manufacturing capabilities include precision machining, milling, turning, micro laser welding, and 3D printing. We maintain tight tolerances, achieving precision up to +/- 0.001 mm. Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology to handle a wide range of materials, including refractory metals and advanced composites. This allows us to produce high-quality parts that meet the stringent requirements of various industries.

Assembly

Assembly at AAE is built for precision and control. We work in ISO 5 and ISO 7 cleanrooms to safeguard cleanliness and prevent contamination, with defined flows, tooling, and traceability at every step. Advanced systems and modules are assembled in dedicated customer cells and white rooms, isolated from the outside to protect IP and ensure the highest level of security.

These controlled environments are purpose designed for sensitive builds in pharmaceutical, medical, semiconductor, and life sciences applications. Our technicians are extensively trained and follow strict, documented protocols for handling, cleaning, and verification. The result is reliable, repeatable assembly performance that preserves product integrity and delivers exactly what your process demands.

Qualification

Qualification at AAE is where promise meets proof. Every tool, machine, and module is verified against defined acceptance criteria and industry standards with full traceability. We design and build many of our own qualification tools, giving us tighter control over method, accuracy, and turnaround. Our teams run disciplined test protocols including vacuum oven conditioning, Residual Gas Analysis (RGA), and leakage testing to confirm performance under real operating conditions. The outcome is data-backed validation of reliability and durability, so each component meets your exact requirements before it leaves our floor.
