We actively monitor our installed base and log every service interaction, so we build up a clear picture of how your system behaves over time. Where it adds value, we provide remote support and monthly performance analytics as a service, giving you insight into uptime, output and trends in your manufacturing process.

Inks & Cleaners
Alongside our automation solutions, we supply printing inks under the well-known GRAUEL brand. Our portfolio includes thermosetting inks, solvent-based inks and low-migration UV inks, developed and selected for demanding applications in medical, pharmaceutical and consumer goods environments.
In our ink department we can mix any PMS colour shade you need and deliver it in practical packaging: 350-gram cartridges and containers from 1 to 5 litres. This makes it easy to align ink supply with your production volumes and changeover strategy.
We also offer environmentally friendly cleaning agents that improve working conditions on the shop floor and help reduce our shared environmental footprint, without compromising on cleaning performance.
Safety Data Sheets
All inks and cleaners come with up-to-date safety information in your own language. Our systems are directly linked to international chemical substance databases such as ECHA, so Safety Data Sheets are automatically updated whenever a substance is reclassified. This ensures you always have the latest information at hand to work safely and in compliance with current regulations.
Blankets & Blades & Rollers
Printing blankets, pads, blades and rollers need to be replaced regularly to maintain consistent print quality. They are critical manufacturing parts, not consumables you can afford to overlook.
As part of our service level agreements, we can hold safety stock of these items for you. Our MRP system monitors usage and automatically replenishes agreed safety stock levels when parts are taken from inventory. That way, the right components are on hand when you need them, and your printing performance stays stable without last-minute rush orders.
Training
Operator and technical training are a standard part of every new automation project. We make sure your team knows how to run, adjust and maintain the equipment from day one.
Over time, people change roles and new colleagues join. To keep performance high, machine training should evolve with your organization. That is why we offer ongoing training as part of our service level agreements, as well as dedicated Masterclass Printing Technology sessions.
These trainings can take place on site at your factory or in our own printing laboratory, where we combine theory, live demonstrations and hands-on practice to help your team get the most out of your equipment.
