CASCADE has been developed for high-volume medical syringe production, supporting a wide range of syringe formats and manufacturing requirements.

The platform can be configured for:

  • 2-part hypodermic syringes

  • 3-part syringes

  • Safety syringes

Production capacities range from approximately 120 to 600 parts per minute, depending on product design and process configuration.

  • Eccentric tip, Axial and Radial orientation

UV Dry Offset Technology
